A Day in the Life

As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitoring access control points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and documenting entries, exits, deliveries, and contractor activity per site guidelines.
• Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation, contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services, and completing required notifications.
• Preparing clear written reports of daily activities, patrol observations, and incident details, and communicating timely updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.
• Providing customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a tech-focused location.

Your schedule will be on Wednesdays from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM. However, the flexible nature of the role may allow you to pick up additional shifts as needed.
