As a Security Officer - Control Room Dispatch, you will be the central point of contact for security-related activities at the financial institution. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm systems, access control, and video surveillance, as well as dispatching officers and coordinating responses to incidents. You will maintain accurate logs, prepare incident reports, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management. The minimum requirements include fluent Spanish (speak, read, write), at least 1 year of security-related experience, ability to lift up to 20 lbs (preferred), comfort using a computer or tablet (preferred), customer service experience (preferred), being at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), high school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of a background investigation.
The typical working hours are Wednesday through Sunday, from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The work environment is typically a professional office setting within the financial institution. You will be working in a control room, monitoring systems and responding to calls for service.
Security officers are required to wear a professional uniform, which is provided by Allied Universal.
