Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with onsite personnel and emergency services as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
  • Deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access points and public areas.
  • Verify identification and credentials as required.
  • Assist with visitor direction, queuing, and traffic flow.
  • Complete security-related reports and logs accurately.
  • Document unusual activity and communicate observations to supervisors.
  • Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly during patrol duties.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations consistently.
  • Provide assistance to individuals in need, such as directions or escorts.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance job skills.
