In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our client's tech and telecom location by conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The job schedule includes shifts from Monday to Sunday, 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

A Day in the Life of a Security Officer - Unarmed Rover Patrol

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Rover Patrol, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting regular and random foot patrols of buildings, entrances, loading and delivery areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes within a technology campus environment.
• Monitoring access points and observing activity for unusual conditions to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations.
• Responding to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and site personnel, following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies.
• Documenting patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and electronic logs, and communicating status updates to supervisors and site stakeholders.
