- Outline tasks and responsibilities for all security officer and lead/supervisory roles
- Ensure that all Post Orders and Operating Procedures are followed and updated as required
- Ensure compliance with First/CPR/AED training requirements
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis as needed
- Coordinate with client on-site investigations
- Perform access control and visitor management audits on a daily basis
- Create and update Access Control Clearances as needed
- Complete daily site audits
- Compile monthly site reports in SharePoint
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and present basic and site-specific training
- Provide information briefings and training sessions in response to Client or Security Account Manager requests
- Maintain technical proficiency in assigned area by reviewing policies and procedures for all client locations
- Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Create opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and data
- Review all 40 Hour on-the-job and skills testing results for all new hires to ensure proper training has been conducted
- Ensure compliance with all Job Safety Analysis and Safety Orientation requirements for all client locations
- Conduct daily patrol tour reviews
- Conduct quarterly door checks and badge audits
- Communicate staffing needs to Security Account Manager
- Assist recruiters in identifying, interviewing, and hiring quality candidates

- Assure that employee grievances are heard and resolved (with help from appropriate support employees, as required)
