As a Traffic Management Specialist, you will be the first and last point of contact for many travelers, making a significant impact on their airport experience. Your responsibilities will encompass traffic safety, parking enforcement, and compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) mandates. You'll assist the public, provide information, and maintain a strong focus on customer service through positive and helpful interactions.
This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will coordinate with the Aviation Authority's enforcement staff, manage curb activities, issue parking citations, and coordinate towing services. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports are also essential components of this role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors and possess a strong understanding of traffic management procedures and parking regulations.
