  • Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime.
  • Coordinate and/or conduct site-specific on-the-job training (OJT), client-specific training, and annual refresher training for lobby personnel.

  • Communicate staffing needs to the Account Manager or to recruiters via Requisition Form, assisting in identifying and interviewing quality candidates.

  • Assist with the communication of policies, company announcements, and job openings.
