Day in the Life

As an Overnight Retail Patrol Security Guard, your day will consist of a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the safety and security of the retail location. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, corridors, entrances, exits, loading areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitoring entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to deter theft and disruptive behavior.
• Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical incidents, suspicious activity, and/or property damage.
• Assisting with crowd flow during peak periods.
• Providing customer service to customers and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures and location-specific policies.

• Communicating key information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
