   • Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
   • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production and warehouse areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.
   • Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badge issuance, and directing deliveries and contractors to approved locations.
   • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or emergency services and assisting with traffic and scene control as directed.
   • Complete routine reports and logs, document incidents and observations accurately, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
