Role Overview

As a Security Officer at our prestigious Newport Beach location, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our clients, guests, and property. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong commitment to customer service, vigilance, and the ability to respond effectively to a variety of situations. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, assist guests and tenants, and document and report activity. A Day in the Life

Your day will be dynamic and engaging, involving a range of responsibilities:

• Patrolling: Conducting regular foot and vehicle patrols of common areas, tenant corridors, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter routes.
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to guests, tenants, and employees, answering inquiries, and providing directions.
• Incident Response: Responding to incidents and critical situations, including disturbances, suspicious activity, medical calls, and alarms, coordinating with on-site management and local responders.
• Access Control: Monitoring access points and high-traffic areas, observing activity using available systems and cameras.
• Reporting: Documenting patrol activity, incidents, and service calls in written reports and electronic logs.
