A Day in the Life of a Security Officer

As a Security Officer - Flex Healthcare Patrol, your day will be dynamic and engaging. You will begin by receiving a briefing from the outgoing shift, reviewing any incidents or concerns from the previous day. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular patrols of the healthcare facility, both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents.
• Responding to incidents and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
