As a Security Officer - Gate Access, your day will be dynamic and engaging. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the residential community, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises. This involves:

• Access Control: Managing the gate, verifying credentials of residents and visitors, and granting or denying access based on established protocols.
• Customer Service: Greeting residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing assistance and answering questions.
• Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols of the community perimeter and common areas to deter crime and identify potential security risks.
