Role Overview

As a Security Officer in our Healthcare Flex Team, you will be responsible for conducting unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols (interior and/or exterior) within a hospital setting. Your primary duties will include controlling access and egress, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, composing detailed reports, and deterring criminal activity and misconduct. This role requires a high level of vigilance and professionalism, as you will be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe and secure environment. Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this position, qualified candidates must be able to submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by law. Additionally, a tuberculosis (TB) test and certain vaccinations may be required as part of the onboarding process.
