  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Shift Briefing and Preparation Review the daily logbook for any incidents or special instructions from the previous shift. Check your equipment (radio, access control system) to ensure it's functioning correctly. Familiarize yourself with the day's schedule, including any scheduled events or VIP visitors.
  • 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Visitor Management and Access Control Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Verify their identification and purpose of visit.
