Your primary duties will involve conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service to tenants, guests, and staff.

  • Conducting foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas, including common areas, corridors, building entrances, and perimeter areas.
  • Monitoring access points and observing for any unusual activity.
