As a Security Officer Flex Unarmed Rover Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate. A Day in the Life

Your day will involve a mix of foot and vehicle patrols, monitoring access points, and identifying and reporting any security-related concerns. You will be highly visible, providing a sense of security and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication with tenants, guests, and onsite teams.   • Conducting regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial property areas.
  • Monitoring access points and helping to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials.
  • Maintaining visitor logs and directing foot and vehicle traffic according to site procedures.
  • Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Writing clear reports and communicating with site management and/or local responders as needed.
  • Performing routine observations and documenting security-related hazards, maintenance issues, and policy concerns.
