Job Overview: Security Shift Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services at an assigned customer site in Champaign, Illinois. As a Shift Supervisor, you will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. You will supervise staff on your assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline as needed.

• Shift Coordination: Oversee the smooth operation of your assigned shift, ensuring all posts are covered and security officers are performing their duties effectively.
