Allied Universal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a public resource building in downtown New Orleans. This critical role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, and acting as a liaison between clients, operations managers, and security officers. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of security protocols, and the ability to handle crisis situations effectively.
As an Armed Security Site Supervisor, your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will start by ensuring that all security personnel are present, properly equipped, and briefed on any specific security concerns or events for the day. Throughout your shift, you will conduct regular site inspections to ensure that security protocols are being followed and that the facility is secure. You will also be responsible for managing and responding to security incidents, providing coaching and guidance to security officers, and maintaining open communication with clients and operations managers.

The minimum qualifications include being at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years or more in security, 1 year or more as a supervisor in Security, a valid Armed Security License through LSBPSE, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods.
While not required, military or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
The primary responsibilities include supervising security personnel, conducting site inspections, responding to security incidents, and acting as a liaison between clients, operations managers, and security officers.
