Your role in the team

As part of Allstate’s technology transformation—bringing together cloud platforms, AI capabilities, and modern engineering practices—the Vended Billing team is looking for a Product Engineer to help build the next generation of customer billing solutions. In this role, you’ll design, build, and operate software products that power critical billing experiences, working across cloud services, automation, and scalable systems. You’ll collaborate daily with product, engineering, and operations partners; contribute to CI/CD and DevOps excellence; and play a hands‑on role in modernizing legacy processes while shaping the future of Allstate’s billing ecosystem.
