This 12-week immersive experience offers an opportunity to drive immediate improvements and develop hands-on leadership skills at the heart of Amazon's operations network. You'll be directly embedded in one of our state-of-the-art facilities (Fulfillment Center, Sort Center, Delivery Station, or Amazon Air site), leading impactful projects that influence day-to-day operations and have the potential to scale across our network. This internship is your gateway to developing strategic problem-solving skills, collaborating with senior leadership, and gaining unprecedented insights into large-scale operations management. Required Qualifications
- - Are enrolled in a full-time MBA program (experience)

- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58.41/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $85.67/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
