Our Operations team works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver solutions to our customers.We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Lead to support and lead a team in areas such as electro-mechanical assembly, test, material handling, pack, and ship. The Production Lead is a hands-on process leader responsible for coordinating daily production activities, troubleshooting process issues, and driving continuous improvement within their area of responsibility.Key job responsibilities• Lead a team of technicians and associates to execute daily manufacturing operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.• Act as the primary point of contact for real-time process issues; troubleshoot and escalate when necessary.• Plan, assign, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and schedule adherence, ensuring effective shift handoffs and end-of-shift reporting.• Provide direct coaching and training to team members, contributing to onboarding and ongoing skills development. - Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $100,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
