Job Description

The Amazon Devices Account Management team develops relationships with non Amazon retailers to expand product selection and distribution in physical retail locations where customers can experience all of Amazon's devices and accessories first hand in the real world. We anticipate customer and partner needs, meet our customers where they shop, and engage throughout the product lifecycle. We enable the invention and sales of new and engaging devices and services that customers around the world love.Job duties consist of:Business DevelopmentIncreasing the number of 1P and MFA Accessories sold at offline retailers: This includes working with each offline retailer/partner to create a customized basket of accessories. You will be measured on increasing the number of SKUs plus increasing sales of accessories.Growing the Amazon accessory selection on offline.com retailer’s sites to be at selection parity with Amazon.com.Expanding the Made for Amazon Accessories selection to our largest partners: This includes but is not limited to defining the process for contract updates, vendor negotiations, shipping/fulfillment, pricing, and positioning.Account ManagementSell Through: Working with offline retailers to schedule and execute promotions, maximizing store placement, and optimizing accessory placement on shelf space and store tables.Optimization of Customer Experience at online retailer sites: Working to identify low lift customer experience enhancements on partner websites to better show case Amazon accessories on Devices product listings, search optimization and recommendations.Leading internal and external Demand Planning and Forecasting discussions.Program / Product ManagementProduct Life cycle ownership and roadmap planning for Device + accessory hard bundles: This will require working with internal stakeholders, defining a hard bundle process, and seeing the project from ideation to on shelf at offline retailer’s stores. You will get to build the entire hard bundle from selecting packaging, to negotiation pricing, fulfillment, product selection, volume forecasting, and financial modeling.About the teamOur team has three primary focus areas. We accelerate sales growth, improve financial and supply chain decisions through science and enable automation and scale throughout Devices through technology and process automation.

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
