Preferred Qualifications

• - Knowledge of SQL/ETL (experience)
• - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) (experience)
• - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results (experience)
• - Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan (experience)
• - Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) (experience)
• - CPA, or MBA (experience)

Responsibilities

• - Manage the period-end close process by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all revenue and AR accounting entries and reconciliations.
• - Manage key projects timeline and provide requirements for launches
• - Perform analytical review of related balances and provide balance sheet account movements to support cash flow reporting
• - Drive projects, provide accounting guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.
• - Ensure effective collaboration and influence across multiple organizations with partner teams and stakeholders, such as Legal, Tax and Business.
• - Drive controllership initiaves and solutions
