• - Fulfill government background checks to qualify for an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) (experience)
• - Able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs security badges, if applicable. (experience)

Responsibilities

• :
• - Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure standard practices are implemented and executed;
• - Conduct necessary deep dives to resolve issues;
• - Ensure Amazon freight is lodged as per industry standards;
• - Support booking of air freight and airway bill labelling as required;
• - Oversee handling and screening of Amazon freight as required;
• - Communicate status updates, delays, risks and other issues to management;
• - Monitor air routes to identify potential issues that could impact performance;
• - Identify opportunities to streamline operations and conduct regular analysis of processes to prevent recurrence of issues;
• - Develop reporting templates to capture key metrics including arrival time, dispatch, rejections and delays;
• - Participate in daily calls as required;
• - Lead by example fostering a culture of safety, customer obsession and ownership.
