You will work on core LLM technologies, including Prompt Engineering and Optimization, Supervised Fine-Tuning, and Evaluation.About the teamOur team focuses on utilizing the latest research, tools, and technologies to build experimental AI/ML features and tools to revolutionize the hiring process at Amazon. Our goal is to move quickly to test ideas, evaluate and improve promising features, then scale impactful features into the production workflow.

- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
