Key job responsibilities• Supervise a team of facilities associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance procedures • Follow and implement maintenance solutions according to established guidelines • Monitor maintenance budgets and track resource usage • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues • Follow established safety programs and preventative maintenance schedules • Provide on-call support for facility emergencies • Execute maintenance plans that align with team goals • Maintain strong working relationships with operations teams • Support team member development through regular feedback and coaching • Manage daily priorities while meeting established deadlinesA day in the lifeYour day will focus on hands-on team leadership and problem-solving. You'll work closely with production teams, address maintenance issues, and implement solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly.
