Job Description

As part of the Ops Tech Supply (OTS) Supply Chain team, we play a crucial role in delivering the technology needed by our WW Operations network, which handles millions of packages for Amazon customers daily. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance through active engagement and leadership. Your responsibility includes maintaining exceptional customer service standards by ensuring technology and resources are properly deployed to support timely and accurate delivery operations.The WW Operations workflow consists of three primary components: First Mile - initial product storage and order readiness; Middle Mile - order transportation and logistics; and Last Mile - final delivery to the customer. While individual facilities may have unique operational variations, the WW Operations commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction remains constant across all workflows.
