• - Experience with complex commercial/legal concepts and drafting, ability to quickly read and interpret legal terminology and reasoning (experience)
• - Experience working cross functionally across several teams (experience)
• - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company (experience)
• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• - Identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies;
• - Advising on regulatory issues (including accessibility, and procurement-related issues);
• - Overseeing compliance, negotiating strategic technology agreements and providing input on business strategy;
