We are looking for an attorney to help manage Amazon’s employment-legal issues throughout the US.Responsibilities include working with key partners to provide practical advice and counseling regarding general legal issues such as those relating to wage-and-hour, equal employment opportunity, disability accommodation, and performance management and discharge. Responsibilities also include managing government agency investigations, creating proactive training, and preparing self-service tools and guidance materials. This position will work closely with internal clients on the People eXperience & Technology (Human Resources) team and colleagues on the Amazon legal team and requires the ability to travel on an as needed basis and work extended hours when necessary.This position reports to the Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
