AWS Order to Cash (O2C) Lead , AWS Global Accounts Receivable Team
Job Description
The AWS Accounts Receivable (AR) team is seeking a self-driven Finance Leader with a good owner’s mindset, relentless customer advocacy, and frontline obsession to be the global accounts receivables leader for the AWS Public Sector (PS) channel, and other global projects, such as AWS hyperaged small balance. The successful candidate will help us to build the accompanying processes and mechanisms to support this growth and improve free cash flow globally. This will require working across teams that span multiple geographies to drive policy, process, internal and partner facing tools, building and guiding frontline collections, and cash application teams. A critical factor for this position’s success is the ability to manage deep levels of complexity to identify gaps and opportunities, with a proven ability to recommend and implement automation and scalable solutions to streamline workflows. The STL must be strategic and detail oriented, have good accounting and finance skills, robust interpersonal and influencing skills (this role will have frequent communication with senior leadership), good organizational and project management skills, and the ability to gather business and technical requirements across global teams to drive systems and change management processes. The STL will need to roll up his/her sleeves, work independently, and have a high level of ownership and accountability.
