The Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) team is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join the Analytics Team. The R2L team, which includes Sub Same Day (SSD), covers a portfolio of high-growth businesses with unique fulfillment and operational capabilities. R2L exists solely to meet the goal of quick, accurate delivery, which is constantly being challenged and changed as we adapt to our customer demands and make improvements. As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, your focus will be on providing metrics, operational insights, and other analytical support to stakeholders for the Sub-Same Day (SSD) Delivery business. The Delivery BI team partners closely with Delivery and operations teams to influence the strategic direction of the business, drive operational excellence, and make sound investment and expansion decisions, with the primary goal of continuously improving the customer experience while driving long-term profitability for our portfolio of businesses. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in extracting, integrating, and analyzing critical data, clearly communicate any potential discrepancies and/or reporting downtime, including specific root causes and steps to resolution, and design and develop key performance metrics and indicators.
