We develop technology-based solutions matching customer needs and delivery capacity with precision and efficiency, and expanding and transforming delivery experience with unprecedented quality, productivity and scale.We are looking for a savvy, team-oriented individual who is highly driven and want to ensure customer satisfaction for our customers. The Business Operations team is responsible for enabling Key for Business (KfB) devices to provide Amazon customer friction free authorized access to restricted spaces. A Business Ops Admin Support Specialist III is responsible for driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals. Diving Deep and Delivering Results are key leadership principles required to be successful in this role. Business Ops utilizes data, follows standard operating procedures and develops processes to improve the team’s performance. To be considered, you must be highly technical, along with the ability to make every customer feel like a welcomed part of Key for Business.Key job responsibilitiesTake ownership in assisting, researching, resolving, and de-escalating customer issues and devicesUnderstand and implement new information and procedures efficiently and professionallyConcentration and strong understanding of advanced troubleshooting for all Key Related productsUtilize multiple systems to access customer information, research issues, and educate customersCollaborate with the trending teams to drive continuous process improvementUtilize all available resources to solve challenging operational issues while escalating blockers as necessaryHelp develop and implement scalable solutions to support Key for Business’ missionAssist with other projects/initiatives when neededProactively providing feedback to outdated or inefficient processesBalancing multiple tasks while still delivering with a high quality output

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years work experience in logistics/transportation industry or analyst setting (experience, 2 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (experience)
  • Expert or advanced competencies in Excel and other reporting tools (experience)
  • Previous experience with reporting to Senior level management (experience)
  • Experience working with property management or real estate companies (experience)
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $37,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
