As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will be working on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video by using the various marketing tools, operations work flows and following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality. You will also be responsible to learn and adapt to the new features and changes in the processes and follow the SOP while creating the campaigns. In this role, your will also be responsible to update the workflow tools and trackers to keep track of daily tasks. This role will need flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements.Key job responsibilities• Fulfills objectives and KPI criteria for business, such as SLA, productivity, and quality targets• Alerts managers/SMEs on problems or concerns in a proactive manner• Meets the daily goals on tasks allocated

Required Qualifications
- • Expected to work on resolving customer facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and quality. (experience)
- • Complies with SOP or manager's directions and makes sure that tasks meet quality standards. (experience)
- • Willing to be a part of deep dive to provide inputs to SMEs while doing root cause analysis (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- - Project Management knowledge (experience)
- - SmartSheet experience (experience)
- - Associate has to spot/catch errors in the SOP content and expected to reachout to their respective Subject matter experts for correcting the SOP. (experience)
- - Contributing towards process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens. Goal is to complete at least 1 Kaizen/ 4 – JDIs in a year. (experience)
