Change Management Specialist, Amazon Logistics

An exciting new role has become available for a Process Improvement Coordinator to join the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team. Reporting to the Regional ACES Manager, you will drive process excellence within our Amazon Last Mile Delivery business. You will contribute to coordinate the changes across all Delivery Station operations, providing teams with alignment and knowledge before change is approved. This role will also be monitoring the adoption of changes after implementation. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. You will creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams to enable overall process alignment. Please note this role will be based in a delivery station (Sydney, NSW) and will own transport to the delivery station and it will require travel within NSW.
