In this role, you will be responsible responsible for reviewing language assets’ logic and coherence, grammar and punctuation, spelling, consistency, style, language usage, and formatting, improving customer streaming experience with Amazon language solutions and process-centered approaches. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, proofreading and editing risk reports, engineering correspondence, and a variety of other written and electronic communications. IMPORTANT: This is not a remote position, you are required to work on site. Open to Costa Rica applicant expected to work from the SJO19 Site in AFZ.Key job responsibilitiesConduct Linguistic Quality Assurance check based on Multidimensional Quality Metrics - MQM on audio, subtitles, narratives, video, and artwork to ensure overall content quality.Assist in the development and implementation of language-related technology/products to ensure consistency and quality of French language services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand language requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in the field of language services, particularly related to the streaming and entertainment industry.Contribute to the continuous improvement of language processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's French language capabilities.Provide guidance and training to other team members on French language-related matters, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
