We are looking for a creative leader for our internal agency Global Studio in driving a consistent brand vision for the Amazon brand globally. This creative lead role falls under Amazon central brand and creative team, bringing exceptional ideas with a high level of craft to global and partner teams.Key job responsibilitiesAmazon XCM is seeking a visionary creative leader to drive world-class global campaigns across Amazon. This role will lead the conceptualization, execution, and scaling of breakthrough, global 360 creative assets (TV, social, digital, OOH, etc) and will be crucial in delivering concepts and copy in Amazon's unique brand voice. The ideal candidate has a passion for world-class work, is a digital native with global experience, a strong editorial background, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. At Amazon, XCM Creative Directors are hands-on; a combination of creative powerhouse that rolls up to developing work as individual contributor, while also capable of collaborating and leading teams, both internal and with agency partners. We're looking for someone with strong strategic knowledge, who can make intentional choices, and is excited to tackle new creative challenges every day.The ideal candidate works fast, can quickly discern the needs of a project, and responds to creative briefs with fresh ideas and strategic thinking. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market.
