• Leading strategic demand planning by developing forward-looking forecasts for all SodaStream product categories on Amazon Europe, integrating market insights, promotions, and trends.
• Driving cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to incorporate commercial intelligence and anticipate market dynamics.
• Owning the monthly Demand Review in the S&OP process, ensuring seamless alignment between demand plans and supply capabilities for proactive business decisions.
• Serving as the primary Amazon EU supply partner, handling weekly/monthly calls, performance reviews, and strategic discussions on inventory, replenishment, and delivery.
• Optimizing inventory and supply performance to balance high availability with minimal excess stock and logistics costs, while monitoring SKU performance and new launches.
• Driving supply chain improvements through initiatives like packaging optimization, logistics automation, and process standardization.
• Identifying bottlenecks via root-cause analysis and implementing corrective measures for enhanced reliability.
• Leveraging data analytics to track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rates, inventory health, and costs, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Amazon Customer Supply Leader, candidates need a blend of education, experience, and skills tailored to high-stakes supply chain environments:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
• Solid understanding of Amazon supply chain operations, including VendorCentral/SellerCentral, replenishment models, and inventory management.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with tools like SAP APO, Kinaxis, or o9 is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English (Dutch or German advantageous).
• Proven project management abilities with a track record of leading cross-functional supply chain programs.
