Responsibilities

• 1. Labour Relations Strategy
• - Support the implementation of the EXR strategy
• - Assist in delivering business line-specific goals and key initiatives
• - Identify potential issues and support risk mitigation strategies
• - Monitor internal EXR environment and external operating context
• 2. Operational Excellence
• - Analyze data to support recommendations and measure strategy success
• - Ensure compliance of EXR decisions and activities
• - Contribute to innovative solutions that challenge current practices
• - Support engagement mechanisms to maintain positive workplace environments
• - Conduct site visits to gather information for ER risk mitigation
• - Contribute to EXR reporting activities
• 3. Stakeholder Collaboration
• - Build relationships with peers and internal leaders
• - Support project management for initiatives aimed at improving associate and driver experience
• - Contribute to the development of standardized ER solutions
• The position reports to the Senior Employee Relations Manager AMZL IT, within the EU Employee Experience and Relations Team at Amazon. This is a full-time position that will require significant travel throughout Italy (up to 50% of the time) and beyond on occasion, sometimes with little or no notice.
