As an Employee Relations Manager at Amazon, you will provide expert consultation on complex employee relations matters for our corporate functions. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and business leaders to drive effective employee relations practices, lead investigations, and implement policies that align with Amazon's Leadership Principles.
