Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced negotiator to lead negotiations of complex cloud services agreements with sophisticated enterprise customers. This AWS Enterprise Negotiator will be part of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services Legal team and will partner with the Global Deal Strategy & Programs (GDSP) business to drive customer negotiations, including developing internal strategy, crafting proposals for custom terms to address unique customer needs, drafting bespoke contractual provisions, and collaborating with internal stakeholder groups and leadership to drive open points to closure.Key job responsibilitiesTo be successful in this role, you will need to be inquisitive and scrappy, enthusiastic about technology, and thrive working in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with cloud computing services (experience)
- Experience practicing as legal counsel, either in-house or with a law firm (experience)
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to provide oversight, guidance and management to multiple projects at once, and follow through and meet deadlines (experience)
- High degree of independence, initiative, decisiveness and creative thinking, as well as a desire to be challenged (degree)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $146,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
