As an equipment engineering and maintenance manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide equipment maintenance management policies and mechanisms across our facilities. This role requires an experienced leader who embodies our Leadership Principles, particularly "Ownership," "Dive Deep," and "Deliver Results."Key job responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of equipment maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation - Implement and oversee enterprise-wide maintenance management policies and mechanisms- Spearhead the implementation and optimization of a multi-site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and longevity- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of equipment maintenance activities with operational goals- Analyze maintenance data and key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize equipment maintenance operations

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $292,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
