Job Description

The International Stores Finance organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors in our International Seller Services team in Seattle, Washington.This exciting role requires great attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and to juggle multiple competing priorities and requests across internal and external stakeholders. A high level of integrity, complete discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the department is important. The ability to be flexible and to change direction at a moment’s notice is critical. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.This role requires five (5) days a week in office. Key job responsibilitiesYou will be able to anticipate needs, highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.• Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations across the globe• Manage domestic and international travel• Manage expense report coordination and submission• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items• Act as a liaison for direct reports• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization• Have fun at work and help others do the sameA day in the lifeOur team is dedicated to supporting new members.
