Job Description

The AWS People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization (HR) is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to provide support to the Director of PXT for AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS), as well as one additional Director. We build the culture, talent, and organization that ensures all Builder thrive in creating, inventing and delivering for our customers globally. From Day One, this role will focus on keeping the organization’s leader and team organized, informed, and on task. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings with S-team leaders, prepare materials for PXT leadership discussions, and serve as a trusted partner to these executives. High-level calendar management and scheduling will require attention to detail as well as superb time management and organizational skills. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, managing last-minute escalations, and effectively partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to get things done. You must understand business priorities and demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. This role requires professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. You should be resourceful, forward-thinking, and a creative problem solver. Key job responsibilities- Own complex calendar and scheduling - Own domestic and international travel - Track and follow up on action items from S-team and PXT leadership meetings to ensure completion - Manage expense report coordination and submission - Develop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities (Staff meetings; All-Team meetings; Off-Sites; and team social events/recognition - Track and help drive completion of key deliverables Manage team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurations - Work closely with the leadership team and our business partners. - Partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company - Support a positive team culture

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
