We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Program Manager to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Executive Program Manager leads operational support for the CFO/COO by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and tracking follow-up actions. This role oversees travel and expense administration while developing metrics for cross-functional initiatives. The position includes creating and maintaining work back plans for critical business cycles and strategic planning processes. Through these responsibilities, the Program Manager enables efficient executive operations and strengthens cross-departmental collaboration. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
