The External Fulfillment Program Manager acts as the crucial bridge between operational teams and Leadership. Through direct involvement in daily operations, this role will identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless operational excellence in the interactions between our customers, sellers, and operations teams.Key job responsibilities• Drive program performance through comprehensive analysis of operational metrics and KPIs. • Lead deep-dive investigations into program challenges and opportunities. • Design, propose and implement strategies to optimize the program. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and success. • Identify and execute improvement initiatives to enhance seller and customer experience. • Manage and streamline the escalation process by establishing clear protocols, filtering critical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of high-priority matters requiring leadership attention.• Analyze program health metrics.• Work with partners in Mexico Retail to onboard vendors on VF and DF, identify the potential vendors, lead negotiations with MX Retail team.• Influence the vision for MX and own goals for DF expansion in the country, transportation Execution and provide visibility to key metrics through regular business reviews with internal stakeholders and Leaders (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews).• Work with Direct Fulfillment and Vendor Flex colleagues in Retail, Account Management, Product, Tech to build processes and tools to enable scalable and flexible operations and drive growth towards program goals.Measure business growth ( GMS, selection, So-Roos, Contribution profit, volume).
