• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• - Coordinate lease return and aircraft delivery processes, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, commercial requirements, and contractual obligations.
• - Support asset transitions while driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• - Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Technical teams, Asset Management, Finance, and Legal to influence fleet management activities.
• - Interface with aircraft lessors, OEMs, and third-party vendors to align on technical and commercial deliverables.
• - Maintain digital fleet management systems to support asset tracking and lease return planning.
• - Assist in technical records review and aircraft transition documentation.
• - Prepare regular updates and reports on program status for leadership.
