The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously. Job requirements:- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach- Work 48 hours/week, and overtime as required- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysKey job responsibilities- Supporting Warehouse Site Leader with facilities to excel at their job.- Photocopying, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.- Creating presentations using graphics.- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.- Leading Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operational meetings as needed and document follow up actions.- Curate key documents for the Site.- Participate on coordination of dynamics for operations teams.About the teamInclusive team culture At Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.   • - Strong background of administrative, secretarial support or other management (experience)

  • - Photocopying, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.
  • - Creating presentations using graphics.
