Amazon Photos is a large Prime benefit providing unlimited photo storage to Prime members in eight countries around the world. In addition to iOS and Android apps, Amazon Photos powers the photos experiences on all Alexa+ devices including Echo Show and Fire TV.Join Amazon Photos as the Global Head of Growth Marketing, where you'll lead a highly visible, strategic function responsible for customer acquisition across multiple channels and marketplaces WW including GTMs around new marketplace launches. You will define and execute performance-driven campaigns, oversee experimentation, and grow a high-performing marketing team. As a strategic leader, you’ll partner across Product, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering, leveraging Amazon’s scale to drive measurable growth via paid media. Key job responsibilities* Lead global performance marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels including Display, Paid Media, Search, App Marketing, and Amazon-owned properties. * Hire, mentor, and lead a high‑performance team, building a results‑driven culture grounded in experimentation and customer obsession.* Manage and drive execution through external marketing agencies* Design and execute customer segmentation and cohort strategies, optimizing acquisition campaigns and tracking KPIs like CAC, LTV, activation, and churn.* Work closely with the GM of the Amazon Photos business to report on performance of all spend to Amazon VPs and SVPs* Be part of the Amazon Photos leadership team with significant influence on business strategy * Run continuous A/B tests across messaging, creative, and ad formats to drive acquisition and engagement.* Build automated reporting dashboards, performance tracking mechanisms, and data-driven decision frameworks.* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, analytics, and global finance to launch growth campaigns.* Drive innovation by identifying whitespace opportunities and scaling best practices across territories.

The base pay for this position ranges from $147,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,200/year in our highest geographic market.
