Job Description

The Selling Partner Trust (SPT) team strives to ensure that sellers feel confident in growing their business with Amazon. We do this by reducing unnecessary or excessive disruptions to sellers’ businesses and improving transparency around into enforcement actions. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to expand the regional SPT team and ensure our products and programs accommodate for region-specific seller needs. In this role, you will oversee the global strategy to drive regional improvements to the enforcement experience (SX). You will build a remote team across multiple regions and establish close partnerships with business and policy teams with the aim of surfacing regional nuances in seller behavior, business profiles and regulatory environment. You will work closely with WW SPT product and program teams to scope enhancements to existing solutions and/or creation of net new solutions. You will establish robust mechanisms to present progress updates and incremental region-specific opportunities with regional leadership teams, carefully balancing need for localization and opportunities for standardization. This is a highly strategic and visible role with stakeholders spanning multiple regions (incl. US, EU, IN, JP, MENA), organizations and functions. You must be able to present complex information in a concise manner in written and verbal English, have a track record in managing complex programs in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and feel comfortable taking high judgement decisions and identify opportunities beyond existing constraints.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Luxembourg, LUXKey job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities1.
