Key job responsibilities* Develop advanced thermal solutions through sophisticated simulation, comprehensive analysis, and precise measurement correlation* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal design considerations into product development and to align technical specifications with product vision* Lead hardware development initiatives from conceptualization through final product delivery* Conduct system performance evaluations of thermal and power profiles to ensure design compliance across all operational conditions* Apply complex electronic assembly analysis using state-of-the-art simulation and experimental techniques* Support creative product development by providing technical insights and innovative thermal management strategies* Manage complex product development cycles, ensuring quality, performance, and timely execution* Develop and implement strategic approaches to hardware design and manufacturing processes* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvementA day in the lifeYour day will be filled with dynamic challenges and collaborative problem-solving.
